![]() heres what i did to get Facebook to re-download:ġ) made sure i was signed out of my apps account (settings>itunes&apps store>apple ID>log outĢ) deleted my FB backup data from icloud (dont sign out, just turn off the backup)ģ) sign out of facebook under the settings (settings>facebook>delete account)Ĥ) make sure that facebook is deleted under the usage (settings>general>storage&icloud usage>under "storage" manage storage>delete FB if its still thereĥ) download the new iphone software update 10.1.1Ħ) after the update has installed, restart your phoneħ) turn back on your phone and log back into apple ID (settings>itunes & apps store>sign in)Ĩ) go to the apps store and look under "updates", then select "purchaused", then "not on this iphone".įacebook should be there with the "cloud" icon for you to download. Contact Apple If you still can't download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad, contact Apple Support. Then check to see if you can download or update apps.
